Cut and paste the following in the body of the email and fill in the information asked for.

Your education (include your Major in university):
What grades do you teach this year?
How many years have you been working with gifted students?
How many years have you taught school?
Then, in a paragraph or two, explain why you are interested in this position and what special strengths you could bring to it.
Also please tell us whether,
if you are not selected as a Teacher-Participant, you would like to enroll as a Teacher-Observer.

We evaluate applications on qualifications and commitment. We particularly encourage applications from teachers who have taught MathPath students
(before or after they attend MathPath) and who have been involved with coaching for national math comeptitions.
